We have installed approximately $12 Million in PC systems and Photocopiers and related equipment during the last 5 years! We have 5 dedicated computer technicians with certificates attesting to their expertise. Our computer service department has earned an industry quality standard "A PLUS" certification. We have 3 MITA Service technicians for all of the MITA copier models we sell. All of our MITA copier technicians have completed rigorous MITA service training allowing us to provide a very high quality of copier service on all MITA copier models.
We are certified by NOVELL Corporation as a "NOVELL authorized dealer". This means that we maintain professional NOVELL certified staff and continuously provide our technicians with on-going education and training. We are also certified as a "Microsoft Solution Provider".
We stock over $60,000 in PC and copier repair and replacement parts to insure prompt repair and replacement of components. We have a fleet of 9 vehicles to enable our technicians to quickly respond to on-site service committments. We have a total staff of 15 people including clerical, delivery, technical support and sales.
